• The above prices also apply to Child Supervised Visits.
• Travel is charged at AA Rates per km.

NB: No home visits are conducted; it will only be in exceptional cases. Please note that there will be a charge to the travelling time in addition to the consultation fee.

Medical Aids/ Insurance Information:

• Most Medical Aids are accepted, however, please check with your medical aid if Social  Work services are covered under your plan. We will claim on your behalf once confirmation is received.
• Medical Insurance- we will invoice you as a client for payment, you can submit your invoice for payment to your insurance.
• GEMS members (All options): Please get a referral that is specifically directed to Wellness with Lindz (PTY) Ltd from your GP before any consultation.
